Step 1: Material Procurement – We source according to your BOM specifications. You can provide critical components, specify preferred suppliers, or have us manage full procurement. For low volume PCB assembly, we support small-quantity sourcing efficiently.

Step 2: PCB Fabrication – In-house bare board creation with custom specifications: 2-20+ layers, multiple materials (FR-4, Rogers, aluminum), finishes (ENIG, HASL, OSP), and dimensions. Custom panelization for your specific board size and quantity.

Step 3: Component Assembly – 12 SMT lines with ±25μm accuracy support 01005 to BGA components. Automatic wave soldering handles through-hole requirements. Programmable soldering robots provide precision selective soldering for mixed-technology boards. Custom assembly sequences for your specific board configuration.

Step 4: Testing & Quality Control – Custom test protocols developed for your product. Flying Probe for fixture-less electrical verification—ideal for low volume PCB assembly. AOI, X-Ray, ICT, and functional testing as specified. Reliability lab testing available for environmental qualification.

Step 5: Final Assembly – Box-build custom integration: enclosure assembly, wiring harness, module installation, complete product assembly as required.
